The atmospheric ambience in the restaurants with their timber work from old Bavarian farm houses, the constantly changing interplay of light and water and the spectacular views of the lake create the perfect scenery to make each meal a memorable event. Our well trained staff takes great pride in fulfilling all your wishes and will be delighted to consult you in your choice of food and drinks. In addition, we serve the gourmet menu of the month daily from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and our popular Marina Brunch every Sunday.
The Marina team will serve traditional specialities refined in modern variety and spoil you with delicious saisonal treats. Be seduced by the constantly changing specials which our service staff will help you to choose. The use of fresh quality produce is a must for our cooking. The ingredients of the dishes are local and thus sustainable. Our chef is implementing the “farm to table” concept. He orders from local farms and specially from the “Hofgut Bernried” estate, which belongs to the resort. The game comes from the estate’s hunting grounds. Our well-sorted wine-cellar provides the suitable wines to go with our all year classic- and seasonal specialities.
From Farm to Table
Regionalität ist für uns seit vielen Jahren eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Unsere stets frischen Produkte liefern das sich im Familienbesitz befindliche Hofgut Bernried und verschiedene landwirtschaftliche Betriebe aus der Gegend. Das Rehwild stammt aus dem Jagdrevier des Hofguts.
Grillen und Chillen
An warmen Sommerabenden und nach einem Sundowner in der eleganten Cocktailbar, sind die Grillgerichte aus der BBQ-Außenküche die Top-Favoriten. Von April bis Oktober erhöht der spektakuläre Ausblick auf den Marina Yachthafen mit seinen hunderten von Segelbooten den kulinarischen Genuss und macht aus jeder Mahlzeit ein Fest für alle Sinne. Der passende Wein aus unserem gut sortierten Weinkeller rundet jedes Gericht perfekt ab.
