From Farm to Table
The use of fresh quality produce is a must for our cooking. The ingredients of the dishes are local and thus sustainable. Our chef is implementing the “farm to table” concept. He orders from local farms and specially from the “Hofgut Bernried” estate, which belongs to the resort. Be seduced by the constantly changing specials which our service staff will help you to choose. The game comes from the estate’s hunting grounds.
Grill & Chill
On warm summer evenings and after a sundowner in the elegant cocktail bar, the grilled dishes from the BBQ outdoor kitchen are the top favorites. From April to October, the spectacular view of the marina with its hundreds of sailing boats increases the culinary enjoyment and turns every meal into a feast for all the senses.
